Purpose and Scope of Data Processing

We collect and process your data for the following purposes:

a) To conclude and perform a sales agreement for materials and services with the Data Controller and to cooperate with suppliers and other entities cooperating with NOWATOR Grzegorz Walczak to fulfill obligations arising from the agreement.

b) For purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by NOWATOR Grzegorz Walczak as the data controller, to provide services, ensure the safety of individuals and property, secure the contractual relationship between you and the data controller, secure the enforcement of claims and debt recovery, verify compliance with obligations, prevent fraud.

This period will not exceed 10 years from the beginning of the calendar year following the completion of the service.
